The business development agency is a new venture creation agency based on ODETDP principles. Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices is the process of creating a platform for the previously disadvantaged individuals that never got the opportunity to receive a formal means of a qualification, this would have otherwise enabled them to get a more suitable employment but are otherwise restricted as they’re not well qualified but have got work experience that matches the qualification. The process of getting them qualified through the analysis of their knowledge is called recognition of prior learning and allows them the opportunity to obtain a qualification through mentoring. Once the candidate has completed the course then will they be given a qualification when they qualify. We also assist individuals and companies that need consulting services to help them fast track their progress or business systems. This is only to facilitate the process of getting their businesses operational.
The new venture creation agency also is responsible for assisting companies and individuals with occupationally directed education and development practices within the following sectors:

The work being undertaken will also rely on the companies needs and recommendations made by TBD through an analysis. This will help determine if there is a need for high or low touch RPL teaching methods and may also influence the cost implications involved.
